Banana Cream Pie

Good Morning, I made my first banana Cream pie and i had planned to make everything from scratch. When I got home it was about 90 dregrees and i could smell the bananas and i knew they would not last long so needed to do something with them. I could have just eaten them but I wanted to bake or make something.  I totally cheated. I had a frozen pie crust I bought for something else and I used.  I found pudding in the closet and used it. It was hard for me to use all these premade products but I gave in.  I made the whipped cream from scratch and I also made caramel sauce earlier in the week which I will use.  I had to make something from scratch.  To be continued tomorrow or later today when i taste it.  Tonight I have to make a carrot cake for soemone and this weekend a reese peanut butter cake.
